By using Scobido you agree to these terms. Scobido is an ordering and delivery platform for medicines fulfilled by a licensed partner pharmacy in Kalaburagi (Gulbarga), Karnataka. You must be 18 or older to place an order.
Prescriptions & drug-schedule rules
- OTC medicines can be ordered freely.
- Prescription (Schedule H / H1 / X) medicines require a valid prescription, verified by a registered pharmacist before dispatch.
- Narcotic / habit-forming drugs are not sold through the app.
- Schedule X medicines are never prescribable via teleconsultation.
Pricing, payment & delivery
- Prices are in ₹ and shown inclusive of applicable taxes; a GST invoice with batch & expiry is provided.
- Cash on Delivery is the current payment method; online payment will be added later.
- We deliver within our serviceable area; estimated times are indicative, not guaranteed.
Cancellations & returns
You may cancel before dispatch. For safety, medicines can be returned only if unopened and tamper-evident packaging is intact, subject to applicable law; temperature-sensitive items may be non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original method (or adjusted for COD).
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate identity, address and a genuine, valid prescription where required.
- Use the service only for lawful personal/household needs.

Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Kalaburagi, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
