Returns & Replacement Policy

Medicines are sensitive products, so returns are limited for your safety and to comply with the law. This policy explains what can and cannot be returned for orders fulfilled by our licensed partner pharmacy in Kalaburagi (Gulbarga), Karnataka.
What can be returned
An item is eligible for return or replacement only if all of the following are true:
- It is unopened with tamper-evident packaging intact.
- It is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- It is not a temperature-sensitive / refrigerated (cold-chain) product.
What cannot be returned
- Opened or partially used medicines.
- Refrigerated / cold-chain items, once delivered.
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Wrong, damaged or expired item
If we delivered the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or near/over expiry, we’ll replace it or refund you. Report it within 48 hours via the Support page with your order ID and a photo of the item and batch/expiry.
How replacements & refunds work
- Approved replacements are subject to stock; if unavailable, we issue a refund instead.
- Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
