Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when an order can be cancelled and how refunds are processed for orders placed on Scobido and fulfilled by our licensed partner pharmacy in Kalaburagi (Gulbarga), Karnataka.
Cancellation
- You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, from the order screen or by contacting support.
- Once an order is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled; you may decline it at the door (see Returns).
- We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a prescription cannot be verified, or the address is outside our serviceable area — you’ll be notified and not charged.
Refunds
- Cash on Delivery (COD): nothing is charged until delivery, so cancelling before dispatch needs no refund.
- Online payments (when available): refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of the refund being initiated, subject to your bank/PSP.
- If you were charged for an item that was undeliverable or cancelled by us, the full amount for that item is refunded.
Prescription medicines
For safety and legal reasons, dispensed prescription medicines cannot be cancelled after dispatch and are returnable only under our Returns & Replacement Policy.
